Exchange PolicyAll products may be exchange within 14-days of receiving merchandise. All damage and shortage claims should be made within 5 business days of delivery (See Below). Any items that are found to have been worn or damaged upon inspection will not be deemed exchangeable. Exchanges require 7-10 business days for processing, inspection, and shipping. We gladly pay for the re-shipping cost of exchanged merchandise (one exchange per order, please).

Return PolicyAll products may be returned within 14-days of receiving merchandise. All Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. Any items that have been worn or damaged upon inspection will not be credited back to your account. Returns require 7-10 business days for processing.

Important notes about returning garmentsPlease make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.
We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
How to Return and Exchange the Goods
1 - Please email us at email@example.com to get a Return/Exchange order authorization. Our shipping department will email you a return label to be printed and attached to the package. In your email,please include the reason for your return/exchange in your email.
2 - Appropriately package the products in a box to prevent damage. Please make sure that the shipping label you have printed is clearly visible to facilitate the return.
3 - Ship us the package with the shipping company that is listed on the label (usually UPS, USPS, or FedEx).
