Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: 14-Day Return and Exchange Guarantee

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. That’s why we offer a 14-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 14 days of receiving merchandise for an exchange or a refund. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow us 7-10 business days to receive and process your return/exchange.

Exchange Policy

All products may be exchange within 14-days of receiving merchandise. All damage and shortage claims should be made within 5 business days of delivery (See Below). Any items that are found to have been worn or damaged upon inspection will not be deemed exchangeable. Exchanges require 7-10 business days for processing, inspection, and shipping. We gladly pay for the re-shipping cost of exchanged merchandise (one exchange per order, please).

Return Policy

All products may be returned within 14-days of receiving merchandise. All Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. Any items that have been worn or damaged upon inspection will not be credited back to your account. Returns require 7-10 business days for processing.

Important notes about returning garments

Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.
We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

How to Return and Exchange the Goods

1 - Please email us at support@silverbackapparel.com to get a Return/Exchange order authorization. Please include the reason for your return/exchange in your email.
2 - Appropriately package the products in a box to prevent damage. If you are using the original shipping package, please make sure that the original shipping label is visible to facilitate the return.
3 - We accept UPS, FedEx and USPS deliveries. Please include the "Return Order ID: xxxxxx" in the first address line. The Return Order ID is the same as the Order Number listed on the invoice that was attached to the package. If the Order Number is not available please email us at support@silverbackapparel.com and we will provide you with the number.

Damage or Shortage Claims

All damage and shortage claims should be made within 5 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. Email our customer care center at support@silverbackapparel.com to report damages and obtain a return/exchange authorization number.
