Persons who supply us with their contact information, such as telephone numbers and email addresses, may be contacted by us with information regarding orders they have placed or regarding other operational information. We also store information volunteered by you that you may elect to provide to us when shop online.

We use the information we collect about you to improve the content of our website, process orders and order confirmations, respond to your inquiries, and to provide you with a more personalized shopping experience. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the website, new Silverback Apparel products and special offers we think you'll find valuable. We may store the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email and add it to our mailing list when they sign up to receive special promotions and updates. We are able to send you exclusive offers by email. If you do not wish to be notified of special offers, follow the removal instructions located at the bottom of our emails to cease receiving them. Silverback Apparel does not sell, trade or rent your email addresses to others.

If you would prefer not to receive emails from us regarding special sales and exclusive offers, send an email to us with “Unsubscribe Promotions” in the subject line.

If you use more than one email address to shop with us, send your messages from each email account you use.

If you have given us your telephone number when ordering merchandise from us, we may use your telephone number to reach out to you to follow up on your order, including follow-up marketing. If you would prefer not to receive phone calls from us, send us an email with “Do Not Call” in the subject line.

We collect the information you give to us to help us serve you better and to understand our customers and their purchasing patterns over time. Any payment information that is maintained by us is masked to keep it protected in the unlikely event of unauthorized breaches of security. We never send credit card numbers through email.

Silverback Apparel reserves the right to disclose personal information as obligated by law, in response to duly authorized legal process, governmental requests and as necessary to protect the rights and interests of Silverback Apparel.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

We use third parties to help us provide services to you including such things as fulfilling orders, processing payments, monitoring site activity, conducting surveys and maintaining our database. Silverback Apparel may use certain companies that enable you to establish a membership to participate in digital wallets, payment services or rewards programs. If you elect to do so, we would only disclose to such companies the information necessary to make their programs work and support your membership with them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of the companies sponsoring these membership programs and we suggest you review the individual privacy policies of each company with whom you establish a membership.

We contract with third parties to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet. They may collect anonymous information about your visits to our website, and your interaction with our products and services.
